What does my rent include?

Rent includes sewer, cold water and trash. You would pay for your utilities.

 

Is there 24-hour maintenance?

Yes, we have 24-hour on-call maintenance for any after-hours emergencies. Maintenance is on site Monday-Friday during regular business hours, but if you were to ever have an emergency that required assistance outside of regular business hours we have someone available on-call.

 

Do you offer furnished units?

No.

 

Do you repaint the unit before someone new moves in?

Yes! We repaint the unit before a new move in. We also have the units cleaned and carpets either cleaned or replaced depending on the condition of them.

 

Can I grill on my patio/balcony?

No grills are allowed on the property.

 

Do you have additional on-site storage?

Town Homes have attached garages. There is a storage room in each apartment and our master bedrooms have a walk-in closet. Radisson has off-site storage for recreation vehicles.

 

Do the units come with washers and dryers in them?

The Town Homes have a laundry room with electric hookups. We have laundry rooms in each building for the apartments.

 

What type of heating do the apartments have?

Electric.

 

Do you have any community events?

No.

 

How can I pay my rent?

We accept check and/or money order; you can pay at the office or online.

 

When is the fitness room available for use?

24-hour access.

 

Are there designated parking spots?

We do not have assigned parking spots on property.

 

How many units are at the property?

There are 102 units with 6 units in a building.

 

What is your pet policy?

We allow one small to medium pet in the apartments and the Town Homes allow one large pet. There is a non-refundable pet deposit and additional monthly pet fee. We require vet papers showing currency with vaccinations and that all pets are spayed/neutered. We also require all pet owners to carry renters insurance with liability coverage. All dogs must be registered with the town.

 

What is the security deposit?

Security is based on credit score. 700 and above: ½ month's rent; 600 to 699: full month's rent.

 

What is the average utility cost?

Utilities are electric including heat. Averages vary greatly based on your usage; in our one bedrooms it runs $75-100; in the two bedrooms $85-125; and in the Town Homes $150-250.
